It is now time to bring out everything which includes the colors of Fall. This week's article features many wonderful Fall tablescape ideas from a variety of designers participating in the Welcome Fall Tablescape Blog Hop hosted by our dear friend and designer, Chloe Crabtree of Celebrate and Decorate. Remember to stop in each day to view the impressive tablescapes created by the artists listed below in the schedule of the week. This awe-inspiring blog hop will run from Monday, September 16, 2019 to Friday, September 20, 2019. So make a second cup of coffee, rest and enjoy the stunning collection of tables in celebration of nature's kaleidoscopic color of Autumn.
Now first let's begin with the compilation of Fall table decor from The Little Yellow Corner Store. The rich colors of gold, burnt orange and dark burgundy are combined together for a warm, cozy setting. Accented with white, it makes the Autumn colors stand out even more against the pumpkins, apples, mums, leaves, berries and squirrels that are incorporated into the brightly colored table, like a beautiful woven tapestry.
Along with the white ceramic squirrels which surround the homemade popcorn filled glass pumpkin jar, these gold ceramic squirrel place card holders really won over my heart. They seem to add just the perfect warm hearted touch to the Fall table. You can say I really went squirrelly over them.
And look, they seem to be enjoying some acorns.
A leaf bowl filled with brightly colored, crunchy apples is a simple way to beautify a table. It is a perfect grab and go healthy treat.
A filled pumpkin jar with Peanut Butter Popcorn makes a cute centerpiece for this easy Fall tablescape. If you missed the previous post, Fall Treats, and would like the recipe for this delicious popcorn, go to: Fall Treats.
Autumn truly is a time to feel blessed.
With the abundance of zucchini from the garden, these Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes are my favorite way to put the grated zucchini to good use with just the right amount of sweetness.
To make these rich chocolate zucchini cupcakes, just follow the easy recipe below:
Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cupcakes
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
3 eggs
1 C vegetable oil
1 1/4 C packed brown sugar
2 C all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 C grated zucchini (without skin)
3/4 C chopped walnuts
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat over to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl mix eggs and sugar. Blend in oil and cooled chocolate in egg mixture.
In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir this flour mixture into egg mixture until combined. Stir in grated zucchini, nuts and chips.
Spoon into paper or foil lined cupcake liners in muffin tins, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the tins and cool completely. Top with frosting of your choice.
The great ideas continues. Just visit each link listed below on each day of the week to enjoy some truly exquisite and inspiring Fall tablescapes. It is time to go squirrelly over Autumn!
Have more fun!
